This policy applies to the yJEEK apps: customer, driver, and store.

yJEEK ("the App", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account: phone number (for sign-up and OTP verification) and name.
• Location: your precise location to set the service address, match you with a provider, and show live order tracking on the map.
• Orders & wallet: your order details, transactions, and wallet balance.
• Photos: when you upload a profile, store, or document image, with your consent, from the camera or gallery.
• Device & usage: basic technical data to run and improve the App and send notifications.
• Support messages.

How we use it

To deliver services and fulfil orders, match you with providers, provide live tracking, manage wallet and payments, send notifications, offer support, improve the App, and comply with the law.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with: service providers and drivers (to fulfil your order — such as location and contact details), payment processors, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and our apps contain no ad networks or marketing trackers.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Moyasar, a licensed provider. Card details are entered on the provider's own checkout page — they never pass through, and are never stored on, our servers. We retain only the transaction reference, amount, and status for billing, support, and dispute resolution.

Maps

Map content is provided via OpenStreetMap.

Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. Order and financial transaction records are kept for the period required by Saudi accounting and tax regulations, even after account deletion.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your data, or delete your account and data, by contacting support@creativefront.sa.

Children

The App is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post any changes on this page with an updated revision date.
